We have had some fantastic music festivals so far this year and even though summer is over there are still some to look forward to. So, if you are looking forward to your first music festival here is how you can prepare yourself. How to prepare for your very first music festival By being prepared we don’t just mean what to take with you but also how to prepare your mind and body. Yes, it’s going to be a very enjoyable but also taxing few days. And you really need to know how to survive… we aren’t joking. Let us start with the body Vitamins You must build up your immune system before you go. Make sure you have been eating healthily, getting enough sleep and getting those vitamins inside you. The Steelyard is a new venue set in the heart of the City of London. The venue is set across 3 railway arches beneath Cannon Street Bridge. Its club space is 800 capacity in one cavernous main room, with an adjoining bar arch, and split level mezzanine area. It is fully licensed until 6am on the weekends and 2am during the week. The space houses a listed steel crane and track (where trains would be hauled into the space to be maintained) which gives it an industrial feel along with the beautiful exposed brick. The event space is uniquely multi-purpose, fitting the bill for all kinds of events. The venue also features a separate Bar & Restaurant space which is open Monday-Friday 12:00-23:00
